This does not affect your statutory rights as a purchaser. Shopping with staffsmetaldetectors.co.uk / protectors.co.uk Products displayed on this site may be purchased by following all ordering steps on line. On receipt of confirmation from ‘worldpay’ that your order payment has been completed we will manually review the Shopping Cart order. Prices All prices are shown on the website in GBP (British Pounds). Prices include VAT. VAT content is detailed in the shopping basket. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate. Items displayed are usually in stock and will be despatched to the customer on the same day (Monday to Friday) if we receive the order before 12.30pm. If the order is received after 12.30pm the item will be posted the next working day. Should an item be out of stock it will be stated on the website. If we are unable to supply an item which you have ordered we will notify the customer as soon as possible after receiving the order. In this event the customer may cancel the order and a full refund of any monies paid will be made. Payment The customer can pay by any of the cards accepted by ‘worldpay’. Credit card details are not passed to us; ‘worldpay’ will confirm that a payment has been received to our account. If you are paying by ‘worldpay’, payments can only be accepted in GBP. You can also Pay by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order and by telephone – you make your choice of payment at ‘check out’. We reserve the right to reject orders and payments in certain circumstances. Delivery Postal charges – orders delivered to a UK address are free. Postal charges for Europe and the rest of the World will be given at ‘check out’. We aim to deliver goods to destinations within the UK in 1 working day, please allow up to 7 days if you are advised that Royal Mail is the method of delivery. Metal Detectors are delivered by courier on a next working day signed for delivery service. For international orders please allow up to 10 working days, although most can be delivered within 3-4 working days. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to this timetable we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods have not been delivered to you within the time stated, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will try to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. Returns Although we believe you will be happy with your purchase, there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If goods are returned within 14 days, they must be in the same condition as when received. You will be refunded by the same means you have paid, i.e. if you have paid by Credit/Debit Card you will be refunded in the same way. Postage for returning unwanted items will not be refunded. If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will either replace the goods or refund you in full (including postage). If you wish to return goods, please contact us first and we will inform you of our returns procedure. Our Responsibilty We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We cannot promise that our website will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control. All information is collected solely to complete the transaction at the time the information is given and is not retained for any other purpose.
